Energy flows where attention goes. Anytime we give something our attention, we are giving it energy- electromagnetic energy.

Through our eyes, through our hands, through out intention, through our thoughts and our emotions, energy is transmitted.

When the object of our attention receives our energy, it grows. Whether it is people, projects, or plants, there is an actual current of electricity that flows from us to it.

What are you paying attention to? Drama, politics, struggle, victimhood? Attention is a currency, and it will feed whatever you direct it at.

Or are you paying attention the things and people around you, in a loving and appreciative way? Are you feeding your projects or are you avoiding them? What are you feeding instead?

Recognize how precious your attention is. Pay attention to how and what you are paying attention to. What we focus on expands!
