Aloha Everyone!

I am popping in here to say hello. Also I am here if anybody needs support.

It is in my experience that in times like these people really come together! This time is no different!

I have some fun news!

In order to keep our bodies and minds active and healthy I have brought together some of my most favorite practitioners for daily spiritual playtime!

These talented women will be offering their expertise in wellness on a daily one hour Zoom call starting Saturday, March 21 through Saturday, March 28th at 10am HST/1pm PDT/ 4pmEDT.

This offering is our gift to you!

Often in our daily lives we don't have time for ourselves. With many of us not leaving our homes I invite you to take this opportunity to love you!

What a beautiful thing that there are so many modalities that can be done at a distance. :) What a time for distance healing! And now that you are at home and have time to process and detox no excuses! :)
